Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open Tdx Teleprompter and sign in to the Tdx account you want to delete.
- Go to My > Account and Security.
- Select Delete Account, review the effects, and confirm.
- The app shows the effective date. During the seven-day cooling-off period, sign in again and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel the request.
The first Google Play release uses Google sign-in only. This process deletes the Tdx account and related server data; it does not delete your Google Account.
Option 2: Request assistance
If you cannot access the app, email us from an address you control. Include only your public Tdx account ID, the platform you use, and a statement that you want the account deleted. We will use the minimum steps needed to verify ownership and generally respond within 15 business days after verification.

What is deleted or retained
- Deleted or anonymized: the Tdx account profile, public profile data, active sessions, device links, and service data that is no longer needed.
- Deleted after no more than 190 days: verified sign-in identifiers and separate login audit logs used only for account security, disputes, and legal obligations, except during a valid legal hold.
- Retained only as required: order, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, duplicate-benefit prevention, and security-audit facts for their limited purpose and applicable legal period, with an irreversible account identifier where possible.
- Not controlled by our servers: scripts, recordings, hotwords, annotations, and settings stored only on your device. Delete them yourself, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
