Terms of Service

This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between you and the Tdx Teleprompter operator regarding the downloading, installation, access and use of this service. Please read carefully before use.

1. Subject of Agreement and Acceptance

This agreement is entered into between you and 沈阳天顶星网络科技有限公司 (Unified Social Credit Code: 91210124088957535L, hereinafter referred to as "we"), the operator of "Tdx Teleprompter".

This agreement applies to the Tdx Teleprompter Android app, the official website teleprompter.yiroot.com, and related services that expressly adopt this agreement in the future. When you select "Agree and Continue" or actively use online services such as accounts, membership, or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement. If you do not agree, you may select "Disagree, use local features only". Account, membership, update checks, and other online services will remain off, while local scripts, editing, and basic fixed-speed prompting remain available.

This agreement, the Privacy Policy, Membership Terms, Refund Policy, and the product information shown on the order page together form the service rules. If a supplementary rule conflicts with this agreement, that rule applies only to the relevant matter and must not reduce consumer rights provided by law.

2. Service content

Tdx Teleprompter is an Android teleprompter tool that currently mainly provides:

  • Document creation, editing, grouping, search, hotwords and reading position management;
  • Full-screen prompt, Floating Prompt, constant scrolling, countdown, mirroring, loop and other display controls;
  • Use device-side local speech models for AI Follow, recognition and scrolling positioning;
  • Help content, local diagnosis and sharing of feedback packages initiated by users;
  • Accounts, device management, membership, redemption codes and payment services actively used by users.

Specific functionality may vary based on app version, Android version, device capabilities, permission status, and distribution channel. Website display, app screenshots and function descriptions are used to help understand the product and do not constitute a guarantee that a certain free function, specific interface or specific effect will be permanently provided.

Local document editing and basic constant speed word prompting can be used without registering an account. AI Follow requires an account, and you can experience it for free after logging in. The specific rules are subject to the App page display; Alipay payment is only activated after you select the product, check the relevant rules and confirm the payment.

3. Software licensing and intellectual property rights

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Tdx Teleprompter on compatible devices that you legally control. You may use the software for lawful personal expression, study, work, or commercial creative activities, but you may not dispose of rights in the software itself.

The intellectual property rights of apps, websites, brand names, logos, interface designs, programs, documents, model layouts and other content provided by us are owned by us or the corresponding rights holders in accordance with the law. Open source components still apply their respective licenses and notices.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, without written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce, rent, sell, sublicense, publicly communicate or redistribute the App and its essential components;
  • Circumvent technical protection, modify signatures, produce or spread malicious modified versions;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where prohibited by law;
  • Remove or obscure rights notices, branding, or license information in apps or websites;
  • Represent in a misleading manner that you have an authorization, agency, cooperation or endorsement relationship with us.

4. Account and security

You can follow the page prompts to log in through a supported third-party account, bind your mobile phone number, or manage your device. Unless otherwise provided by law, basic offline functions will not stop providing you because you refuse to register or log in.

  • You should use third-party accounts, mobile phone numbers and devices that you have control over through legal channels, and may not impersonate other people's identities.
  • You should properly protect your devices, third-party accounts, verification codes, and session credentials, and may not provide verification codes to others or transfer accounts in other ways.
  • When you discover unauthorized logins, bindings, orders or devices, you should immediately stop the relevant session and contact us through the methods listed in this Agreement.
  • The responsible party shall be responsible for the losses caused by your initiative to share equipment or credentials and failure to take reasonable protective measures in a timely manner; if it is caused by our fault, we shall bear the corresponding responsibilities according to the law.

Third-party login channels are provided by the corresponding platform and are subject to the rules of the third party. Third-party service interruptions, account restrictions, or authorization withdrawals may affect login, but local documents on your device should not be deleted.

5. User Content

You have corresponding rights in accordance with the law to the manuscripts, hotwords, pictures and other content you create, import or enter. The content is saved locally on your device by default, and we will not acquire ownership of it because you use basic functions.

You should ensure that you have the right to process and use relevant content without infringing on others' copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, personal information rights, trade secrets or other legitimate rights and interests. When you use a teleprompter to record, live broadcast, speak or publish content, you should comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

When you send us unsolicited feedback or diagnostic packages, you grant us a necessary license limited to receiving, copying, examining, and analyzing the submitted materials solely for the purpose of responding to the feedback, locating faults, ensuring security, and improving the products. This license does not transfer ownership of your content and does not permit us to make any unrelated public or commercial dissemination of your contributions and recordings.

Local content requires you to proactively manage it

The app turns off system cloud backup. Deleting documents, clearing app data, factory reset, or uninstalling apps may render content unrecoverable. Please export or save important data yourself before performing these operations.

6. Specifications for use

You may not use this service to commit or assist in committing acts that are illegal, infringing, endangering network and data security, or damaging the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to:

  • Produce, copy, publish or disseminate content prohibited by laws and regulations;
  • Infringe others' intellectual property rights, personality rights, personal information rights or business secrets;
  • Unauthorized access, interference, attack, scanning or disruption of apps, websites, servers, interfaces or other user equipment;
  • Implanting malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities, registering in batches, extorting experience rights, forging orders or circumventing membership, equipment and security restrictions;
  • Impersonate the official version in a deceptive manner, distribute tampered installation packages, or use the service to engage in fraud and other activities;
  • Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, public order and morals, or this Agreement.

If we have reasonable evidence to believe that an online account has the above behaviors, we can take necessary measures such as warnings, restricting interfaces, removing devices, suspending or terminating accounts based on the nature of the behavior, and keep necessary records or report to the competent authorities in accordance with the law. Before and after taking measures, we will provide explanations or appeal channels to the extent permitted by law and safe and feasible.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

We process and protect personal information under the Privacy Policy. Scripts, hotwords, settings, microphone audio, and AI recognition results are processed locally on the device by default and are not automatically uploaded during normal use.

If you actively send a diagnostic package through the system sharing panel, the selected materials may include complete transcripts, hotwords, recognized text, algorithm events, device and app information, pictures, and microphone audio. You should check before sending and provide only what is necessary to resolve the issue.

When an app requires a microphone, floating window, notification or accessibility service, it will apply or guide you to enable it according to the functional scenario. Accessibility services are configured not to read the contents of other app windows or simulate clicks. You can revoke permissions in system settings, but the corresponding functions may no longer be available.

9. Invitation rewards and commissions

Login users can share their 6-digit invitation code or locally generate an invitation poster with a QR code for download from the official website. Invited users need to actively fill in the invitation code in the "My" settings no matter what compliance channel they obtain the app from; scanning the code to download does not establish an invitation relationship.

  • Accounts that have never purchased any membership or 7-day experience card, have not redeemed or received other membership rights, and have not been bound to an invitation relationship can receive a 3-day membership invitation if they meet the page and server verification conditions; after receiving it, you can still purchase a 7-day experience card.
  • When the invitation relationship is successfully bound, both parties will receive a 3-day membership. The inviter will get 3 days for each person he successfully invites, up to a total of 90 days; there is no product limit on the number of invitees and commission income.
  • When an invited friend successfully purchases a monthly card, annual card or permanent membership for the first time, the inviter will receive a commission. The proportion is based on the business membership level of the inviter at the time of payment: 10% for the free version, 20% for the valid monthly or annual card, and 30% for the permanent membership. Invitation experience and 7-day experience card do not increase this business level.
  • The commission is calculated based on the actual payment amount of the order, and usually becomes available for withdrawal after 30 days. When the first official membership order is fully refunded, the corresponding commission will be canceled, deducted from the withdrawable balance, or a negative balance will be formed after the transfer is completed; the order still occupies the first official purchase commission qualification.
  • The commission is applied for by the user on his own initiative, and is completed after SMS confirmation, real-name information review, customer service manual WeChat transfer and administrator-cum-financial review. The minimum amount for ordinary withdrawal is 50 yuan. You can apply for it at most once per Shanghai calendar month and submit the entire withdrawable balance at one time. The actual arrival of funds does not promise to be completed automatically or immediately.

It is prohibited to invite yourself, register in batches, borrow or impersonate other people's accounts or payment identities, automatically withdraw rewards, forge transfer materials, and other behaviors that circumvent event rules or infringe the rights of the platform and third parties. When there is evidence of reasonable risks, we can freeze relationships, commissions or withdrawals and conduct manual verification, but this will not overwrite or delete audit facts that have been formed.

The valid rule version displayed on an activity page forms the specific agreement for that activity. Provided that applicable law and consumer rights are respected, Tdx Teleprompter may explain how those rules apply and address unusual circumstances. Any reference to a "final explanation" does not allow us to exclude legal liability or deprive users of rights provided by law.

10. Service changes, interruptions and maintenance

In order to improve security, be compatible with new systems, fix problems, or adapt to legal and business changes, we may update the app, adjust the interface, add or stop some functions. For changes that will significantly affect the rights and interests of users, we will notify you in advance through the website, in-app prompts or other reasonable means, except for emergency security repairs, legal requirements or uncontrollable events.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to equipment failure, system updates, network interruptions, server maintenance, third-party channel failures, security incidents, force majeure or other reasonable reasons. We will take repair, restoration or replacement measures to the extent feasible.

You should obtain the installation package from the official website, trusted app stores or channels explicitly approved by us and install security updates in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee the security and functionality of versions of unknown origin, tampered with, or unofficially signed.

11. Boundary of Responsibility

We will use reasonable technical and management measures to maintain the security and availability of the service. However, due to technical characteristics, we cannot guarantee that the service will never be interrupted, be completely error-free, or adapt to all devices. AI speech recognition and reading positioning may be affected by accent, speaking speed, pauses, noise, differences in manuscripts, and device performance. There is no guarantee that each recognition or scrolling result will be completely accurate.

The Service is an expression aid and does not provide medical, legal, financial, personal safety or other professional advice. You should verify the script, timing, identification and display results based on specific scenarios, and should not rely solely on this service to make decisions that may affect personal, property or significant rights and interests.

Any liability arising from your violation of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights, use of unauthorized content or improper operation shall be borne by the responsible party in accordance with the law. If we cause losses to you due to our intention or negligence, we will be liable in accordance with applicable laws.

This section does not exclude or limit liabilities that expressly cannot be excluded or limited by law, nor does it affect consumers' rights under the law. For camera, sharing, login, payment, app store or network services independently provided by third parties, their actions and responsibilities shall be borne by the corresponding third parties in accordance with the law; we will assist in handling issues directly related to this service within the scope of our own responsibilities.

12. Use by minors

If you are a minor, you should read and agree to this Agreement under the guidance of your parents or other guardians, reasonably arrange your use time, and avoid entering or sharing unnecessary personal information. Guardians should perform guardianship duties and guide minors to use networks and equipment safely and appropriately.

Users under the age of 14 should obtain the consent of their guardian before using their account or other online functions that require us to provide personal information. If valid guardian consent cannot be obtained, please only use local basic functions that do not require uploading personal information. Minors who purchase paid services must obtain the consent of their guardian in advance.

13. Termination, withdrawal and account cancellation

You can stop using the service or uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling, clearing app data, or deleting documents may also delete local content on the device and is often unrecoverable.

You can log out or apply for logout on the account and security page. The cancellation app enters a 7-day cooling-off period, during which it can be revoked; after the cooling-off period, irreversible deletion or anonymization will be performed, and the remaining membership rights will become invalid. Logging out of your account will not automatically delete local documents on the device. You need to delete them yourself within the app or clear the app data through the system.

If you seriously violate the law, this Agreement or endanger service security, we may restrict or terminate relevant online services in accordance with the law. Termination will not affect rights and obligations that have accrued before termination, nor will it affect intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution and data retention provisions that need to remain valid according to law.

14. Agreement changes, legal app and dispute resolution

We may revise this Agreement based on functional or legal changes and indicate the new release date and effective date on this page. Changes involving significant rights and interests of users will be notified through in-app prompts, website announcements or other prominent means. If the law requires re-obtaining consent, we will obtain your confirmation before continuing to provide relevant functions.

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises due to this agreement or the service, the two parties shall first negotiate amicably; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law, or resolve it through other channels permitted by law.

If a certain provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of other provisions will not be affected. Our failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right. Chapter titles are for reading convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.
