1. Subject of the Agreement and Scope of App
This agreement is jointly entered into between you and the Tdx Teleprompter operator 沈阳天顶星网络科技有限公司 (Unified Social Credit Code: 91210124088957535L, hereinafter referred to as "we"), and applies to your purchase and use of membership services through the Tdx Teleprompter Android app.
These Membership Terms supplement the Terms of Service. Together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and product information shown before payment, they form the transaction agreement. By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the version displayed at that time.
2. Commodities, Rights and Prices
We may offer experience cards, fixed term memberships and life memberships. The name, price, currency, sales status, rights scope and term of each product are returned from the server product catalog and displayed before placing an order. The client will not determine or modify the transaction amount on its own.
Memberships are typically used to unlock premium features or extend usage periods that are clearly listed on the purchase page. App version, Android version, device capabilities and necessary permissions may affect specific function performance; functions not listed in the product description, third-party services or future functions are not certainly purchased rights.
Different rules may apply to promotions, redemption codes and purchases. If there are obvious pricing errors, system failures or illegal and abnormal transactions on the page, we will verify and provide cancellation, refund or other reasonable solutions in accordance with the law.
3. Payment, confirmation and rights activation
You need to log in to your account, select the product and clearly check the relevant agreement before you can pay through Alipay. All products are one-time purchases and do not include automatic renewal, password-free deductions, pre-authorization, installment or periodic deductions.
The synchronization results returned by the Alipay client are only used for interface prompts. Whether the order is paid successfully and whether the membership is activated will be determined by our server's verification of Alipay's asynchronous notification or the record after active order checking. When encountering network delays, failure to return to the app, client closure, or temporary uncertainty, please do not make repeated payments. You can refresh historical orders on the membership page.
Under normal circumstances, the server will automatically issue rights to the order account after confirming the payment. If the payment has been deducted but the membership has not taken effect, please keep the merchant's order number and Alipay transaction records and contact customer service. We will verify the order, payment channel and rights records.
4. Validity period and permanent membership
Fixed-term membership begins when the server confirms payment and successfully issues rights for the first time. The specific number of days or expiration time is based on the product description and the membership status in the account. When purchasing fixed-term products repeatedly, the actual stacking method shall be subject to the product description before payment.
"Permanent membership" means that the corresponding account entitlement has no fixed expiration date while Tdx Teleprompter continues to operate lawfully. It does not refer to any person's lifetime or guarantee the company's permanent existence. It also does not guarantee that all future services, third-party paid capabilities, or separate products will be free. If service ends lawfully, we will handle user entitlements under applicable law.
5. Account, equipment and usage restrictions
Membership entitlements are bound to the Tdx Teleprompter account signed in at the time of purchase. They are not bound to an Alipay account and cannot be transferred as stored value, cash, or securities. Confirm that you are using the correct account before payment.
You can use membership within the number of devices allowed by the product. You are not allowed to sell, rent, or share accounts for profit, or obtain or transfer rights and interests through forged orders, tampering with clients, automated attacks, vulnerability exploitation, etc. When security risks arise, we can take necessary measures such as verifying identity, suspending abnormal sessions, or restricting related Internet services in accordance with the law.
6. Refund and revocation of rights
Refund request and processing conditions apply"Refund Policy". The current backend only supports full original refund for a single order, and does not support partial refunds or transfer of refunds to other accounts, bank cards or payment methods.
Refunds are subject to successful confirmation by Alipay. After the refund is successful, the membership rights issued by the order will be revoked; if multiple purchases generate superimposed rights, only the rights record corresponding to the refund order will be cancelled. During refund processing, no repeated app for the same order or repeated compensation through other methods is allowed.
If the order is the first successful formal membership order purchased by the invited user, the corresponding commission will be corrected according to the invitation event rules when the refund is successful. The first formal purchase qualification is based on the fact that the first successful payment is made. Even if a full refund is made later, the first purchase commission will not be incurred again for re-purchase.
7. Invitation and experience rights
Users who meet the invitation rules can get a 3-day membership experience after actively filling in the invitation code; the inviter gets 3 days simultaneously, and the inviter can accumulate up to 90 days. Accounts that have already purchased a 7-day trial card, formal membership, or purchased, redeemed, or received other membership benefits cannot receive invitations for another 3 days.
Collecting the invitation for 3 days first will not disqualify you from purchasing a 7-day trial card at once. Inviting 3-day and 7-day experience cards are experience rights and are not included in the paid commercial level used in the invitation commission ratio, nor do they generate first-time purchase commissions.
8. Service changes and responsibility boundaries
In order to ensure security, system compatibility or product improvement, we may adjust the interface and technical implementation of membership functions. For major changes involving members' core rights and interests, we will notify you in advance and provide reasonable arrangements in accordance with the law; except for emergency safety repairs, legal requirements or force majeure.
Third-party services such as Alipay, communication networks, device systems or app stores may experience interruptions or delays. We will provide order checking, compensation processing and customer service assistance within the scope of our own responsibilities, but we will not make commitments beyond legal requirements and within our own control.
9. Minors
Minors should read this agreement under the guidance of their guardian and obtain their guardian's consent before purchasing. When guardians object to a purchase without consent, they can contact us by providing order information, guardianship relationship and necessary materials required by law, and we will verify and handle it in accordance with the law.
10. Invoices, customer service and dispute resolution
For order inquiries, refund applications, or legally valid invoices, email tdxkefu@foxmail.com with your Tdx Teleprompter account, merchant order number, issue description, and necessary supporting materials. Do not send an Alipay password, bank card password, or SMS verification code.
We will handle disputes in accordance with applicable laws and order facts. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
