User Agreement - Tdx Teleprompter

1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is between you and Shenyang Tdx Network Technology Co., Ltd. and applies to the Tdx Teleprompter Android app, official website, and related services expressly based on it.

Tapping Agree and Continue or actively using account or digital-membership services means you have read, understood, and accepted it. If you decline, local scripts, editing, and basic Auto Scroll remain available.

This agreement, the Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement, Refund Policy, and purchase-page description form the service rules. A supplement controls only its subject and cannot reduce statutory consumer rights.

2. Services

The app provides script creation, editing, grouping, search, hotwords, reading position, fullscreen and floating prompting, Auto Scroll, countdown, mirroring, looping, and display controls.

The app uses on-device models for AI Follow recognition and scrolling, and provides help, local diagnostics, ordinary Feedback that you actively share through the system panel, and an online product-feedback reward task actively submitted by signed-in users. Account, device management, membership, redemption, invitations, and payment are optional network services.

Features vary by version, Android version, device, permissions, and region. Pages, screenshots, and descriptions do not guarantee a free feature, interface, or result forever.

3. License and intellectual property

While you comply, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on a compatible device you lawfully control.

The app, website, brand, interface, code, documentation, model arrangement, and supplied content belong to us or lawful rights holders. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.

Except where law permits, do not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, redistribute major components, circumvent protections, alter signatures, distribute malicious builds, remove notices, or misleadingly claim authorization.

4. Accounts and security

The app supports Google sign-in that you actively choose and sign-in with a public Tdx account ID and password. Basic offline features do not require registration.

Use only Google and Tdx accounts and devices you control. Protect passwords, devices, and sessions; do not impersonate another person, share credentials, or transfer an account.

End a session and contact us if you discover an unknown sign-in, order, or device. The responsible party bears loss caused by voluntary sharing or inadequate safeguards; we remain liable for our fault under law.

Google sign-in is also governed by Google's rules. An outage, restriction, or revoked authorization may prevent sign-in but does not delete local scripts.

5. User content

You retain lawful rights in scripts, hotwords, images, and other content you create, import, or enter. Local use does not transfer ownership to us.

You must have authority to use content and must not infringe intellectual property, personality, privacy, personal-information, trade-secret, or other rights. Recording, streaming, speaking, and publishing remain subject to law and platform rules.

When you actively share a diagnostic package through ordinary Feedback, or submit a description, images, and optional diagnostic ZIP through the reward task, you grant us only the permission needed to receive, copy, inspect, and analyze those materials for responding, staff review, troubleshooting, security, issuing the reward, and disputes. Ownership does not transfer, and unrelated publication, advertising, or commercial distribution is not allowed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized access, attacks, malicious code, bulk registration, trial abuse, forged purchases, or circumvention of membership, device, or security limits.

With reasonable evidence of unlawful, fraudulent, or dangerous conduct, we may warn, limit an API, remove a device, suspend or terminate an online account, preserve records, or report as required.

Where legally permitted and safe, we provide an explanation or appeal route. Enforcement does not remove legal liability.

For the product-feedback reward task, submit your own genuine product experience and only relevant materials. Do not fabricate issues, reuse another person's materials, submit in bulk, impersonate an account, or automate reward claims. We may review completeness, authenticity, and activity-rule compliance and provide supplement or appeal actions.

7. Free features and digital membership

Local editing and basic Auto Scroll require no account. AI Follow requires an account and may be tried under current in-app rules. Free scope may change lawfully and reasonably.

Digital membership is purchased only through Google Play Billing. Before purchase, we show the product, entitlement, term, local price, refund conditions, and effective rule. Current products are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

Google handles payment and orders. The server verifies the purchase token before recording the order and granting entitlement. Refunds, revocation, and duration follow the Google Play order state, applicable law, and server entitlement record.

An eligible signed-in user may actively submit the product-feedback task once. Approval grants three days of membership; the reward can be received only once for the same account and the same device. No purchase is required. Task state, supplement deadlines, and appeal actions follow the app and effective activity rules and do not limit statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy and data

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Scripts, hotwords, settings, microphone audio, and AI results are local by default and are not automatically uploaded.

Ordinary Feedback leaves the device only after you confirm a recipient in the system share sheet. For the product-feedback reward task, the description and selected images upload to private OSS in China after you submit; a diagnostic ZIP uploads only after you separately select sessions and confirm the sensitive-content notice. Authorized staff access necessary materials for staff review, troubleshooting, and reward disputes. Original materials are deleted thirty days after a final outcome, while necessary digests and review and reward records follow the stated retention rules.

Microphone, overlay, Accessibility, and other access are requested only for dependent features. Revoking one may stop that feature.

9. Invitation rewards

A signed-in user may share a code or poster. Scanning only opens the official download page; the invited user must sign in, enter the code, and pass server validation.

Self-invitation, bulk registration, borrowed identities, automation, and risk-control circumvention are prohibited. Reasonable risk evidence may lead to restriction and manual review.

10. Changes and interruption

We may update the app, interface, or features for security, compatibility, fixes, law, or business. Material effects are announced reasonably except urgent security or legal action.

Device faults, system updates, network outages, maintenance, Google service failures, security incidents, or force majeure may interrupt service. We take feasible recovery measures. Obtain updates through Google Play.

11. Limits and responsibility

Reasonable safeguards do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or every-device compatibility. AI results may vary with accent, speed, noise, script differences, and device performance.

The app assists expression and is not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Verify results before decisions affecting people, property, or major rights.

The responsible party bears liability for breach, infringement, or misuse. We remain liable for our intent or negligence under law, and no non-excludable right is excluded.

12. Minors

A minor should read and accept under guardian guidance, use the service moderately, and avoid unnecessary information.

A child under 14 needs guardian consent before an account or transaction feature that provides information. Without valid consent, use only local basic features. Guardian consent is required before a minor purchases.

13. Termination and deletion

You may stop or uninstall at any time. Deleting scripts, clearing app data, or uninstalling may irreversibly remove local content.

You may sign out or request deletion. A seven-day cooling-off period applies. Once effective, deletion or irreversible anonymization occurs and remaining membership expires, but local scripts are not automatically deleted.

A serious legal, contractual, or security violation may result in lawful online restriction or termination. Prior rights and surviving intellectual-property, responsibility, dispute, and retention terms remain.

14. Amendments, law, and disputes

Revisions show a new publication date and take effect on that date. Material changes are prominently announced and renewed acceptance is obtained where required.

Mainland China law governs formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and disputes. The parties should negotiate first; unresolved disputes may go to a court with jurisdiction or another lawful channel.

An invalid term does not affect the rest; delayed exercise is not a waiver, and headings are for convenience.
