How to organize scripts by group, search, and sort order

Use grouping to narrow the scope, search with title or text keywords, and sort by update time, name or word count.

Let’s look at the conclusion first

The document homepage provides three organizing methods: grouping, search and sorting. Grouping is suitable for long-term classification, search is suitable for direct positioning, and sorting is suitable for adjusting the viewing order in the current results.

Operation steps

  1. First select "All" or groups such as work, personal, speech, and others to narrow down the scope of your script.
  2. Enter the words in the title in the search box; if you can't remember the title, you can also enter the words that appear in the text.
  3. Open the sorting options and choose to sort by last updated, name, or word count.
  4. Clear the search terms or switch back to "All" to restore the full list.

The most recently updated scripts will be sorted first; the names are arranged in the order of Chinese names; the word count sorting is suitable for quickly finding longer formal scripts or shorter oral scripts. The built-in examples are permanently displayed at the front for easy viewing at any time.

Notice

A script only needs to select the most appropriate main grouping. More detailed searches can be done by keywords in the text, instead of creating the same document repeatedly for each purpose.
