1. Parties and acceptance
This agreement is between you and Shenyang Tdx Network Technology Co., Ltd. and applies to Tdx Teleprompter for iOS and services explicitly based on it. Other platforms have their own applicable functionality and disclosures.
Tapping Agree and Continue or using account, membership, or payment services means you have read, understood, and accepted it. If you decline, local scripts, editing, and basic Auto Scroll remain available.
This agreement, the Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement, Refund Policy, and checkout description form the service rules. A supplement controls only its subject and cannot reduce statutory consumer rights.
2. Services
iOS provides local script creation, editing, groups, search, hotwords and reading positions, plus full-screen prompting, recording with prompting, constant-speed scrolling, countdowns, mirroring and local-network collaboration, as shown in the current app.
The app uses on-device models for AI Follow recognition and scrolling, and provides help, local diagnostics, ordinary Feedback that you actively share through the system panel, and an online product-feedback reward task actively submitted by signed-in users. Account, device management, membership, redemption, invitations, and payment are optional network services.
Features vary by iOS version, device capability, permission and app release. Descriptions do not guarantee permanent free availability, a specific interface or result.
Professional membership can sync scripts, formatting, annotations, hotwords and groups between supported iOS, Android and Windows devices on the same account. Sync requires applicable foreground/device settings and is subject to script, length, review and content limits. Network or review failure is not success; concurrent text edits retain conflict copies under the sync rules.
3. License and intellectual property
While you comply, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on a compatible device you lawfully control.
The app, website, brand, interface, code, documentation, model arrangement, and supplied content belong to us or lawful rights holders. Open-source components remain under their licenses.
Except where law permits, do not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, redistribute major components, circumvent protections, alter signatures, distribute malicious builds, remove notices, or misleadingly claim authorization.
4. Accounts and security
You may use a supported third-party account or phone number to sign in, bind an identity, and manage devices. Basic offline features do not require registration.
Use only accounts, phone numbers, and devices you control. Protect devices, accounts, verification codes, and sessions; do not impersonate, disclose a code, or transfer an account.
End unauthorized sessions and contact us if you discover an unknown sign-in, binding, order, or device. The responsible party bears loss caused by voluntary sharing or inadequate safeguards; we remain liable for our fault under law.
Third-party sign-in also follows that provider's rules. An outage, restriction, or revoked authorization may prevent sign-in but does not delete local scripts.
5. User content
You retain lawful rights in scripts, hotwords, images, and other content you create, import, or enter. Local use does not transfer ownership to us.
You must have authority to use content and must not infringe intellectual property, personality, privacy, personal-information, trade-secret, or other rights. Recording, streaming, speaking, and publishing remain subject to law and platform rules.
When you actively share a diagnostic package through ordinary Feedback, or submit a description, images, and optional diagnostic ZIP through the reward task, you grant us only the permission needed to receive, copy, inspect, and analyze those materials for responding, staff review, troubleshooting, security, issuing the reward, and disputes. Ownership does not transfer, and unrelated publication, advertising, or commercial distribution is not allowed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized access, attacks, malicious code, bulk registration, trial abuse, forged orders, or circumvention of membership, device, or security limits.
With reasonable evidence of unlawful, fraudulent, or dangerous conduct, we may warn, limit an API, remove a device, suspend or terminate an online account, preserve records, or report as required.
Where legally permitted and safe, we provide an explanation or appeal route. Enforcement does not remove legal liability.
For the product-feedback reward task, submit your own genuine product experience and only relevant materials. Do not fabricate issues, reuse another person's materials, submit in bulk, impersonate an account, or automate reward claims. We may review completeness, authenticity, and activity-rule compliance and provide supplement or appeal actions.
7. Free and paid services
Local editing and basic Auto Scroll require no account. AI Follow requires an account and may be tried under current in-app rules. Free scope may change lawfully and reasonably.
Before checkout, we show product, entitlement, term, price, channel, refund condition, and effective rule. Current membership is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal or recurring charge. Payment starts only after selection, rule acceptance, and confirmation.
iOS purchases use Apple StoreKit/App Store. Guests may use local Pro features after transactions are verified and durably delivered, without signing in. Account and cross-platform entitlements are independently verified, associated and timed by the server. A three-year card is exactly 1095 days (94,608,000 seconds), not permanent access. Products, prices and availability depend on the current store and release. New permanent sales stop; legitimate permanent account rights from other platforms remain. A signed-in purchase retains its original account target even after sign-out or an account change. After you sign in and your purchases are verified, unused guest purchase time is automatically added to that account; elapsed time is not reissued. Apple-local and account access may expire at different times. A refund adjusts the account time supplied by that purchase. Restoration does not require account sign-in. Ownership conflicts may use account recovery, verified account merging or audited support review, without self-service reassignment. App Store rules and applicable law govern purchases, restoration and refunds without limiting statutory consumer rights.
An eligible signed-in user may actively submit the product-feedback task once. Approval grants three days of membership; the reward can be received only once for the same account and the same device. No purchase is required. Task state, supplement deadlines, and appeal actions follow the app and effective activity rules and do not limit statutory consumer rights.
8. Privacy and data
We handle personal information under the Privacy Policy. Local editing, AI Follow, and audio/video processing run on your device. Professional script sync uploads scripts and related text for content risk checks, then stores approved documents privately for syncing between devices signed in to the same account.
Ordinary Feedback leaves the device only after you confirm a recipient in the system share sheet. For the product-feedback reward task, the description and selected images upload to private OSS in China after you submit; a diagnostic ZIP uploads only after you separately select sessions and confirm the sensitive-content notice. Authorized staff access necessary materials for staff review, troubleshooting, and reward disputes. Original materials are deleted thirty days after a final outcome, while necessary digests and review and reward records follow the stated retention rules.
Microphone, camera, photo-add and local-network permissions are requested only as needed. You may withdraw them in iOS Settings; dependent features may stop.
9. Invitation rewards
A signed-in user may share a code or poster. Scanning alone creates no relationship; the invited user must sign in, enter the code, and pass server validation.
Self-invitation, bulk registration, borrowed identities, automation, and risk-control circumvention are prohibited. Reasonable risk evidence may lead to a freeze and manual review without erasing audit facts or statutory rights.
10. Changes and interruption
We may update the app, interface, or features for security, compatibility, fixes, law, or business. Material effects are announced reasonably except urgent security or legal action.
Device faults, updates, network outages, maintenance, third-party failures, security incidents, or force majeure may interrupt service. We take feasible recovery measures. Obtain the app from official or trusted sources and install security updates.
11. Limits and responsibility
Reasonable safeguards do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or every-device compatibility. AI results may vary with accent, speed, noise, script differences, and device performance.
The app assists expression and is not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Verify results before decisions affecting people, property, or major rights.
The responsible party bears liability for breach, infringement, or misuse. We remain liable for our intent or negligence under law, and no non-excludable right is excluded.
12. Minors
A minor should read and accept under guardian guidance, use the service moderately, and avoid unnecessary personal information.
A child under 14 needs guardian consent before an account or online feature that provides personal information. Without valid consent, use only local basic features. Guardian consent is required before a minor purchases.
13. Termination and deletion
You may stop or uninstall at any time. Deleting scripts, clearing app data, or uninstalling may irreversibly remove local content.
You may sign out or request deletion. A seven-day cooling-off period applies. Once effective, deletion or irreversible anonymization occurs and remaining membership expires, but local scripts are not automatically deleted.
A serious legal, contractual, or security violation may result in lawful online restriction or termination. Prior rights and surviving intellectual-property, responsibility, dispute, and retention terms remain.
14. Amendments, law, and disputes
Revisions show a new publication date and take effect on that date. Material changes are prominently announced and renewed acceptance is obtained where required.
Mainland China law governs formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and disputes. The parties should negotiate first; unresolved disputes may go to a court with jurisdiction or another lawful channel.
An invalid term does not affect the rest; delayed exercise is not a waiver, and headings are for convenience.
