Let’s look at the conclusion first
Hot words are suitable for processing names, brands, and professional words that actually appear in the text but are easily misspelled by speech recognition. You can add up to 8 words to each script; fill in a standard writing method for each hot word, and you can add 1 to 2 pronunciations that you can actually say.
Add method
- Open the hot word settings on the document editing page.
- Fill in the original word in the text in "Standard Writing", such as a person's name or product name.
- If the common recognition results or oral pronunciations are different, add 1 to 2 more pronunciations; there is no need to fill in the same pronunciation again.
- Save and return to the text to confirm that the standard writing actually appears in the readable content.
- Enter AI to follow and test with a complete sentence containing the word. Do not just read the hotwords alone.
Filling in principles
- Hot words and pronunciations should be short and clear, with a maximum length of 64 characters.
- Don't create entries that have the same standard spelling, conflicting pronunciations, or duplicate aliases.
- A cue created with Insert cue is not a script hotword; bracket text typed as ordinary script text can be a hotword when appropriate.
- Hot words can only improve the matching of specific words, they are not a substitute for clear reading, and they do not guarantee complete accuracy in all accents and environments.
