What should I do if the AI reading position is inaccurate, jumps, or follows the wrong line?

Reduce similar short sentences, add key words, adjust recognition requirements, and confirm that the target is within the current screen range.

Let’s look at the conclusion first

The AI needs to find a sufficiently unique correspondence between the voice and the current screen text. Similar consecutive short sentences, a large number of repetitions, and incorrect recognition of proper nouns will increase the probability of following the wrong position.

Optimization order

  1. Read aloud completely from near the current focus line, and confirm that it is not still reading the old position after manual scrolling.
  2. Add commonly misidentified names, brands, and terms to hotwords, but don't stuff common words or repeat aliases.
  3. When there are many false jumps, change the recognition requirement to "strict".
  4. Make sure the target is located on the current screen or in the intersecting natural segment buffer; if the segment is completely off-screen, manually drag it to the vicinity of the screen.
  5. Edit run-on sentences and add identifiable connectives or complete context to different paragraphs.
  6. When the environment is noisy, stay close to the microphone to avoid interference from music, vocals or speaker playback.
  7. If you have made a mistake, manually drag it back to the correct paragraph, and then read continuously from near the focus line.

Notice

Only change one setting at a time and test read the same paragraph to determine whether the adjustment is effective. Permissive mode is more receptive to natural expression, strict mode requires more reliable evidence of the original script; neither will extend to completely off-screen passages.
