How to use countdowns, mirroring and looping

Countdown is used for opening preparations, mirroring is used for physical teleprompter boards, and loop playback is used for repeated practice or continuous recording.

Usually do not turn on mirroring when looking directly at the phone screen; only turn it on when using a reflective glass teleprompter board. The countdown can be set from 0 to 60 seconds to allow time for shooting and posture adjustment.
