Let’s look at the conclusion first
If Floating AI Follow offers a Remote phone microphone option, the other phone can scan the host QR code and explicitly enable its microphone. This path needs overlay permission on the host, but no host microphone or accessibility permission. The accessibility and host-microphone instructions below apply to local capture only.
An Internet connection is required to log in to your account and start the free trial. After entering the follow-up reading, AI uses the local model on the device to complete recognition, matching and scrolling. The current session does not need to be continuously connected to the Internet; the document content and microphone audio will not be automatically uploaded to the server. Free trial rules are subject to the App page display.
How data is used
- Microphone audio is only used for speech recognition and positioning on the current device.
- Documents, hotwords, recognition results and algorithm status are saved locally for running functions and necessary local diagnosis.
- The accessibility service only carries floating AI prompts and their audio links, and does not read other application content or simulate clicks.
- When a required permission is disabled or denied, the corresponding AI Follow or floating feature is unavailable. Features that do not depend on that permission remain available.
The selected diagnostic package will only leave the device if you actively enter Feedback, select a diagnostic session, and send it via the system sharing panel. Diagnostic sessions may contain corresponding full transcripts, hotwords, recognized text and tags, algorithm events, and microphone audio; you can deselect sessions you do not want to provide before sending. The app won't automatically send it for you.
Notice
The diagnostic package will be temporarily generated on the local machine first, and the system will regularly clear the expired share cache. You decide who to share it with and which application to use to send it in the system sharing panel.
